Return Policy

Return Policy (Purchased directly from us)

Refund Policy for a return is 14 days from shipping date on finished goods Accessories and parts such as rechargeable batteries, and adapters are final sales unless an incorrect model number was ordered or the accessory is found not to be compatible for the device intended.  Any return must include the following: original packaging, box, plastic bags, manuals, etc. Packages must be received with a valid return authorization number clearly written on a separate piece of paper, attached to the package.  It is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Defective Returns

Defective Returns will be accepted for exchange within 15 days of the shipment date. Email us at cs@xepatech.com or call (888)810-8829 to have your part diagnosed. Once a claim has been determined, you will receive a valid return authorization number (RMA#). This number must be clearly written on your package to insure that the exchange is processed appropriately. You are responsible for the transportation costs to our warehouse and Apex Digital Inc will pay the cost of shipping back to you. After inspection, should any return be determined not to be defective, as reported, it will be subject to a 10% handling charge and the cost of shipping the package back to you.

 

Refused Shipment Packages

Refused Shipment Packages received without a valid return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) clearly written on the outside of the package will be refused by our warehouse. To obtain a valid return authorization number (RMA#), email us at cs@xepatech.com or call (888) 810-8829.

 

Cancelled Orders

On Cancellation Orders we incur shipping and handling costs. In the event that an order is cancelled or refused, it will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If it is determined that a shipment was made in error on the part of Apex Digital, we will accept the return back at our expense and credit your account or ship out the proper product immediately upon the receipt of the returned item(s).
